Older Women’s Housing Survey

The following questions are designed to help Women’s Property Initiatives understand your circumstances and your long-term housing needs. This information will help us better understand the housing needs of women who can’t access current housing options and to find out whether retirement living communities might be able to meet those needs. 

If you choose to include your contact details, you will be sent a summary of our research findings and will be contacted if any future pilot housing program is developed that might match your needs.

Please give us as much information as you can so that we can fully understand what housing solutions might work best for women like you.

We’ll keep your information private and only use it to gather data about your housing needs. No identifying information will be included in any reports or disclosed to anyone other than WPI staff members.

4. Your Finances

In order to understand what accommodation costs might be affordable to you, WPI needs to know details of all income you receive and what funds you could contribute towards future accommodation.

Please list ALL types of income you receive on a regular basis. This will help us to know what rent might be charged on a regular basis.

Please let us know what funds (asset contribution) you could contribute towards future accommodation. If a contribution is required, it would be preserved and fully or partially refundable when you leave the accommodation, depending on how long you live there.

Please note this information is requested for research purposes only. Your personal information will not be disclosed to anyone other than WPI staff.
