1 home donated to WPI in Ashwood by the Victorian Homeless Fund. Purchased land in Pakenham to build 6 homes and land in Beaconsfield to build 4 homes for older women

Begin managing 100 affordable homes for Affordable Rentals Victorian and land donated to WPI to build a 5 bedroom home in Mt Atkinson by the Scalzo Family, 19 homes purchased in Brunswick and Bundoora with the assistance of the Victorian Government’s Social Housing Growth Fund and Matrix Guild.
1 home donated to WPI in Pakenham by the Victorian Homeless Fund, 6 homes built in Pakenham, construction commences on 4 homes that are part of the Older Women’s Housing Program in Beaconsfield, construction underway on 19 properties previously purchased in Bundoora and Brunswick.

10 new apartments in Bundoora and 9 in Brunswick completed funded by the Victorian Government’s Social Housing Growth Fund.
WPI celebrates it’s 25th Anniversary with a gala fundraiser. Tenants move into five new apartments on the Mornington Peninsula with funding from the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build. Construction is completed on four townhouses in Beaconsfield that are part of WPI’s Older Women’s Housing Project. A large family home is delivered in Mt Atkinson through a collaboration with the Victorian Homeless Fund, the Scalzo Family, Christine Gilbertson and Denis Family Homes.

2023
Tenants move into five new apartments on the Mornington Peninsula with funding from the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build. WPI holds its first every Giving Day raising $443K. A significant partnership is announced with the Building Communities consortium deliver the Victorian Government’s Ground Lease Model 2 to replace 500 existing dwellings with 1370 new social, affordable, market and disability homes.
A further 2 3-bedroom homes delivered on the Mornington Peninsula.
Funding approved for 9 new homes in Ballarat and Daylesford through the Victorian Government’s Big Housing Build.
Construction begins on the Nest to build 3 2-bedroom homes for young mothers and their children in partnership with the Property Industry Foundation and The Bridge Youth Services.
