We are not accepting applications for our general waiting list.

Employed Singles

We are currently accepting waiting list applications from employed singles for our properties in Brunswick, Bundoora and Footscray.

Rent for these properties is set at 75% of market rent.

To be eligible for these apartments you must:
Be a single woman living on your own
Be aged 18 years or over
Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
Be employed either casually, part or full-time and earning between $33,836 - $49,431 per annum (single household).
Have a stable history of employment and tenancy

Employed Families

We are currently accepting waiting list applications from employed families for our 2 bedroom properties in Brunswick, Bundoora and Footscray.  Rent for these properties is set at 75% of market rent.

To be eligible for these apartments you must be a family with the following structure and income from employment:
A woman headed household and a dependent with a household income between $52,044 and $75,659 per year
An Australian citizen or permanent resident
have a stable history of employment and tenancy
